Paper white, with a fruity bouquet, with clear hints of green apple, intense, particular. Pleasant, long, with an excellent acid freshness. A few months in oak add a little extra weight and complexity to the bright green and red apple flavors of this blanc de noir made from the red Sangiovese grape; a touch of cinnamon and old wood linger on a long, vivid finish.
