Ciuchino, the little donkey, of Cascina Valle Asinari is the typical Barbera of Monferrato, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot. The wine is characterized by an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals a pleasantly fruity wine reminiscent of strawberries and small berries. In the mouth, finally, it plays on the edge of a balance between acidity and softness. It is the easy wine to pair that requires no special preparation.
