An organic, fresh & bright white from the western end of Sicily. Made from the local Catarratto variety, the wine undergoes a short maceration on the skins which adds extra depth of flavor and a golden tinge to the color. Clean and fresh and with a complexity and depth way beyond its price point, it's full of ripe citrus and stone fruit, flinty minerality, with notes of spice and herbs. Well balanced.
