Nelson, Eclipse, Strata is a hop combination that we’ve been excited to highlight in a New England IPA. Pouring hazy and golden, we get aromas of stone fruit, melon and biscuit followed by juicy flavors orange atop a subtle layer of vanilla. The acronym NES immediately triggered a sense of nostalgia for the video game console that many of us grew up with and serves as the inspiration for the old school label design.
