Developed by Washington State in 2013, Cashmere presents lemon, lime, and melon with subdued bitterness and a slightly floral aroma. We find that the Michigan hop varietal is slightly "fruitier" than those from Washington with more peach-like qualities. Combined with our base grist featuring local grains from Valley Malt, Kashmir is bright and citrus forward, slightly sweet, smooth and refreshingly juicy, qualities we love in a well balanced hazy IPA
