Vincent Paris has become a legend within Cornas, producing insanely drinkable wines from his six hectares of vines, most of which were inherited from his grandfather. The name of this wine, "30", references both the degree of slope of the vineyard as well as the average age of the vines. Dry, low acidity, intense but poliched tannin, and full body. The palate brims with black fruit, roast plum, vanilla, oak, pepper, black olive, licorice, and spice. Pure Syrah so try with something gamey or peppery.
