Our quintessential chillable red is a lighter than typical style of spicy character Mourvèdre grown in granite at 2600 feet. A pretty nose of crushed raspberry and strawberry laced with a light dusty fringe. This is a racy and light bodied red wine that leads with flavor profiles matching its aromatics: strawberries, raspberries, a touch of orange zest and pomegranate. Serve chilled, preferably on a porch on a warm Summer day.
