The Cota 500 Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from Cachapoal from a balanced year. It fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in used and neutral French oak barrels for 10 months. It has moderate alcohol and good freshness, which makes it pleasant and easy to drink. It has fruit at the forefront and the oak neatly folded into the wine, with some balsamic and peppery notes. The style here is tender, fruit-driven, balanced and approachable.
