Delicious, unpretentious sparkling wine you can drink every day. 60% macabeo, 25% xarel-lo, and 15% parellada from organically-farmed vines. Wines are fully-developed, with very low yields, of the highest quality. The wines exhibit balanced fruit and acidity obtained from the cool nights of their coastal position.
