A rainy and cold spring until May delayed the sprouting of thevines which later accelerated their development due to a very hoyand dry summer. Luckily, the water reserves in the soil allowedthe plant to withstand the water deficit well. The harvest beganon 9th September with moderate alcohol content. Temperatureswere falling as the days passed in a more extensive than usualperiod of gradual collection that ended on 12th October.Of higher vields than in the previous harvests, the resultingwines from this vintage are characterized by their accessibilitybright fruitiness and polished tannins. The finest Prima to date.
