There is an awesome dive bar in the Willamette Valley called Lumpy’s where winemakers and industry folk go after long wine soaked days. It is more about ice cold beer and strong cocktails and they have a killer jukebox referred to as ‘Dollar Bills Only,’ that is heavily played. 2020 was very difficult vintage in Oregon, so like many others, some of their single vineyard and high end juice was declassified into this super delicious bottling making the best out of a tough situation. It can be held for a few years but is so tasty right now showing red cherry and pomegranate aromas, crisp acidity and a lovely floral finish.
