Made from all organically grown fruit, native fermentation, and 15% whole clusters, and then aged in a variety of sized, neutral French Oak barrels for 26 months. The nose is fresh with red fruits and spice. Bright raspberry and plum, cedar, black pepper, and low earthy mushroom, violets and a hint of tobacco. The palate is full of black cherry, black plum, and black raspberry, leafy raspberry tea, pepper, clove and anise.
