All grapes are de-stemmed and macerated for 10 months in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation lasting for 15 days without temperature control. Unfiltered. A very structured orange wine made for aging. Pairs best with savory foods. Aromas and flavors of white flowers and pit fruits, and possesses an elegant tannic structure.
