Resulting from direct pressing of Gamay and Pinot Noir, the Toul Gray Wine is a true “Blanc de Noirs”. The absence of maceration with the skins differentiates it from a rosé wine. The two hours necessary for pressurization will be sufficient to give it a pink gold dress. Its aromas of small red fruits and its fresh, lively and long finish reconcile lovers of great wines with rosé wines.
