On the clay-limestone foothills of the basin, as in Burgundy, Pinot Noir is at ease. It is the only grape variety that will make up the reds labeled AOC Côtes de Toul. Rather spicy and powerful, this Pinot Noir acquires its elegance when it is aged in oak barrels. Sleek and opulent, the freshness and elegance comes from the clay-limestone soils of the appellation. Size: 750mL ABV 0.125 Suggested food pairings: Chicken, Pork, Cured Meat Suggested cheese pairings: Brie, Gruyere, Havarti, Mozzarella, Ricotta
