Dry and fruity red wine with a nice liveliness. This wine offers an attractively fresh set of red cherries with delicate complexity. The mouth offers a juicy and fresh range of succulent and crunchy cherries. This Pinot Noir comes from 60% of the terroir of the place called Rosenberg, predominantly clay-limestone, vinified in stainless steel barrels. On the other hand, 40% comes from the terroir of the Hengst grand cru with a clay-marl-limestone terroir vinified in Burgundy barrels for 10 months.
