This Santa Rita Hills juice showcases loads of ripe, velvety black fruit (black cherry, plum and red raspberry), sweet spice notes and a long, lip-smacking finish. Delicious on release, a 16-month stint in French oak (25% new) gives the wine just enough support and added tannin to provide a solid frame for near- to mid-term cellaring.
