Fruit went whole cluster into fermenters and was foot-trodden daily until dry. Pressed into neutral French oak barrels and aged for 12 months. A small amount of sulphur was added at bottling but other than that there were no interventions. Rich red raspberry and blackberry lead into anise, black pepper and earthiness. Bold but not "cringey" huge.
