From the Tuscan regions of Montalcino and Monticchiello benefits from unique clay and limestone terroir, traditionally French grapes (40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc and 20% Petit Verdot) and a masterful Italian interpretation. Vinification occurs in stainless steel for about 30 days prior to 10-12 months in French barrique. This intensely colored red is impeccably structured, with rich aromas of wild cherry, licorice and ripe berries and its powerful tannins are softened with age. It’s ready to drink now but also has considerable aging capacity.
