Made from low yielding, high quality young and old Nerello Mascalese (90%) and Nerello Cappuccio (10%) vines from the Mount Etna region of Sicily. Run by a brother/sister team, 0rganic farming practices are employed in the vineyards and the winery was built with eco-sustainable materials. The grapes are macerated until fermentation is complete and then spend a year in French barrique. This fresh and fragrant wine, with aromas of roses, herbs and cherries is distinguished now and will continue to gain in complexity and richness for up to 8 years due to its beautiful balance of grip and acidity.
