"The sound of waves". A blend of Marsanne & Roussanne, Le bruit des vagues is a great introduction to Pilon’s style. It is kept fresh and pure, so lovely to drink now. The wine relies on a beautifully pure expression of melon, fennel and white peach flavors with lovely floral lift through the finish. Great freshness on the palate thanks to a subtle bitterness.
