Gamay, like Syrah, takes very well to granite, so the Sept Lunes came up with the idea (obvious in hindsight!) of growing both and then combining them into a glou glou bottling. From a very cool site and made with a little carbonic maceration, this is super-tasty and refreshing and definitely chillable.
