100% organically farmed Sauvignon Blanc from Lodi. Natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks and old wood barrels. Aged for five months in old wood. Bright, tense and nicely textured. Orchard fruit, lime, mint and white flowers are delineated throughout. There is just a touch of reduction.
