To create this Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, we did several tasting trials throughout our cellar to find the most representative barrels for the region. Our Yakima Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of some of our favorite Washington state vineyards, showcasing the best of each site and the overall diversity the valley has to offer. For the 2014 blend, we selected 30 barrels, yielding 750 cases.
