This wine has a dark berry fruit air, a nugget of raspberry with nuttiness, inner depth. The palate travels freely on red berries, raspberry, has a fresh line of tannin. There is an enjoyable savoury mid-palate which distinguishes it. The finish is more tenacious, mildly chunky, can ease further. There is good fruit persistence here. It favours refinement over mass.
