The vines are dry farmed,which is possible in the Maule Valley because of the winter rains. After the manual harvest, the wines are made with low sulfur, native yeast and finished in stainless steel vats. The wine is made sustainably, as the practice evolves toward full organic viticulture. This wine evokes hints of mulberry, plum and violets.
