The NV Extra Brut Grains de Celles Rosé (base 2015) is another terrific entry-level Champagne in this range. Creamy and ample, the Rosé exudes a striking interplay of richness and freshness. The Rosé is 55% Pinot Noir (including 10% still wine), 22.5% Chardonnay and 22.5% Pinot Blanc, in other words, the same blend as the straight NV, with the addition of 10% still red Pinot. Drinkers will find an expressive, vinous Rosé that captures the generous style of the Aube and Celles sur Ource.
