"The Botanist" bears witness to the return of flowers, plants and natural grasses between the vines, long shunned and yet so important for the ecosystem. Nature is gradually reclaiming its rights and treatments are becoming significantly lighter. Mourvèdre likes clay-limestone ?oils, its yield must be low ?o that its stumps are not quickly exhausted which gives this vintage personality and relief. The nose is lively and complex. There are aromas of red and black fruits and grilled cocoa.
