White is a Xarel·lo mono-varietal from old vineyards planted in poorly productive soils, in the upper part of the Penedès. Young and fruity aromas, on the nose it is very perfumed, powerful, with hints of aromatic herbs such as green fennel. Fresh varietal fruit, green apple, pear and tropical pineapple, with notes of white flowers such as jasmine. The finish is marked with a very nice vegetal touch, very fresh and with light mineral notes.
